Laser Integrative Medicine - Combining

the Best from East & West

Laser Integrative Medicine combines 3,000-year-old Eastern medicine with advanced technologies.

Integrating the benefits of laser light with Eastern medicine philosophies and techniques may help manage skin and musculo-skeletal imbalances at the cellular, metabolic, healing, emotional and spiritual levels.

This process is purported to balance Yin/Yang energy, a fundamental theory associated with Chinese medicine, and helps maintain haemostasis in bodily systems.

Laser light penetrates deep into the dermis without puncturing the skin - as happens with traditional needle acupuncture.

This stimulates biological changes and activates enzymatic chemical reactions in a natural way to encourage healing in cells, tissue, tendons, ligaments, soft tissue, cartilage and bone, and the production of collagen and elastin fibre.

Clinical studies show that light activates the body's own healing functions and accelerates this process by improving blood circulation, increasing the production of phagocytes and macrophages. It also simultaneously brings about pain relief by stimulating the production of endorphins.

Integrating Healing from East and West

Integrating the still-emerging benefits of laser light with Oriental medicine philosophies/techniques allows trained health professionals to integrate healing techniques from East and West by targeting the many symptoms associated with dermal and musculo-skeletal imbalances in an holistic way.

The comparatively new modality of laser integrative medicine has application in the healing, cosmetic and aesthetic fields.
